Hart & Hunter was created by winemaking couple, Jodie Belleville & Damien Stevens, with the ethos of sourcing the best parcels of fruit from outstanding sites to make distinctive, small batch, single vineyard wines. Working with highly regarded growers, their aim is to always credit the wine to the vineyard, in fact the latitude & longitude of each vineyard is proudly featured on their front labels.

In recent years they have allowed their creative side to take over by exploring wider regions & alternative varieties to create innovative wines outside of the classic Hunter varieties & styles.
