A site of historical significance, Sevenhill Cellars is the original Clare Valley winery, & one of the oldest wineries in Australia – a national treasure.

Its 90 hectares of vines, provide premium fruit for a diverse range of estate-grown & handcrafted wines. The vines are part of what make Sevenhill unique, & this is where their heritage clones come into play. Heritage Shiraz vines were planted in 1860, Grenache was planted in 1920 & 1966, & Cabernet 1975. Since 2019, winemaker Will Shield’s light-handed approach has allowed this premium quality fruit to express itself & its regionality throughout a range of balanced, elegant wines.
