Fabrizio Vella is a passionate winemaker living & working in Sicily. Proud of the island he calls home he creates wines that are personal to him, truly reflecting where he is from. Working with indigenous varieties of Catarratto & Nero d’Avola from organically certified & biodynamically managed vineyards, he conjures wines made without additives during vinification, fermented with natural yeasts, & bottled unfined & unfiltered. Careful winemaking ensures these natural wines are fresh, exciting, moreish & true to their origin. Naturally Sicilian wine through & through.
